Certified Oncology Massage 3 Day Workshop and Online Course

This 3 day course leads to a fully accredited qualification as a Certified Oncology Massage Therapist.

Focusing on developing your understanding of common conditions of cancer and how this will influence your work, it includes how to modify your massage techniques along with learning some new ones specific to a variety of cancer conditions.

What's included?

This course is split up into an online portion and 3 days of in-person practical workshops.

• Online Workshop - This portion of the course will cover the technical information you need in order to make appropriate choices in care
• Day 1 Practical Workshop - This will teach you how to modify your manual therapy based on real life case studies for common conditions.
• Day 2 Practical Workshop - This focuses on developing your manual techniques and advancing your soft tissue skills
• Day 3 Practical Workshop - This day includes providing homecare suggestions and covering rehabilitation principles as well as bringing together all that you have learnt.

Please note this is an advanced massage course, the prerequisite is you must have a relevant hands-on therapy qualification or massage experience.
