Transform your treatment of MSK conditions by harnessing the power of Manual Lymph Drainage
Content: Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) presents a transformative approach to treating musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions. By working on targeting inflammation, reducing swelling, and the neural pain pathway, MLD offers a holistic method for promoting tissue healing and recovery. This gentle, yet powerful technique addresses the underlying inflammation of many MSK issues. As a therapist, MLD is kind to your hands due to its lighter pressure and skin movement techniques, reducing strain and fatigue on muscles and joints.
Biography: At the AECC University Shelley gained her Masters in Chiropractic; driven by the effects she witnessed on loved ones. Passionate about holistic healthcare, she empowers patients through restorative techniques based on biomechanical stability and functional neurology. Curious about human movement, aiming to reduce injury risk, she also trained as a Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation Practitioner.
After seeing the benefits of Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) for inflammation, pain relief and wound healing, Shelley qualified as a MLD therapist. Having attained Teaching Accreditation, she now teaches MLD to fellow practitioners, enabling them to improve patient recovery and care. Her journey embodies healing, empowerment, and compassion, driven by a commitment to positive change.
